So, I dragged my lil sis and went hunting for the boyfriend's presents even weeks before his birthday. I never like buying gifts for guys who already has everything because I will always end up buying shirts, wallet, belt, cologne, cuff links etc. And I normally reserve making all handmade materials only on special occasions such as monthiversary (or anniversary), Christmas and Valentine's Day. Gasp, I still owe the boyfriend two monthiversary presents! /:

Everyone celebrates their birthday but yours is special to me because you are my boyfriend! Bubby, this is the first year that I am celebrating your birthday with you and I am so glad that we are spending it together! You know that there are more years to come, always remember that I will be there with you every ups and downs. I hope you like (you must like) your official birthday shirt and ice cream cake. :D

Halloween '09

I am so outdated because everyone has uploaded and blogged about their Hallow's Night! Anyways, I wasn't suppose to go out on Halloween night because I had a huge load of unfinished assignments but I couldn't be fucked and just went along with the gang to Velvet @ Zouk to celebrate (after I completed my assignments)! I was dressed as a genie that night (not as an Indian mind you, you racist)! By the way, I loved the look of my hair that night too, because it was think and puffy plus the curls lasted for the whole night! (:

Restaurant Wei Yip's opening

I have people calling me on the phone these two days (including my granny and grand aunties), asking me whether why is there a huge signboard with my face on it in Aman Suria. Well, yes I agreed to help my friend out and be his model for his new fish head noodle restaurant and yes he did not tell me that he is using the photos for his really big signboard. The BFFs decided it would be fun to attend the opening together outside uni (without the assignments).

Hi, I'm emancipated! Well almost. I finally have a 3 months summer break from uni, which I figured is an extremely long holiday! So I decided to score some 'time well spent' time learning something new, like web designing. Hence how these two weeks of holiday was spent trying to hand code a new template for myself. I am officially bored of my old template and I can't seem to find a free template that I like on the Internet.

At first, I was a little skeptical of learning it on my own and I would've much rather paid a wed designer to create one for me; or attend a web designing summer course, etc. But the redesigning results turned out to be just fine! I really like Barecity from Shahee Ilyas but it works for Wordpress. Well, I have managed to get the template to look neat and simple (I believe less is more) but work is still needed on certain areas of the blog. If you have any ideas for me please leave a comment! It would be much appreciated. (:
